Skellið þessu á bökunarpappír og inní 200°C heitan ofn þar til þær eru orðnar gullinbrúnar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DDV-merkingar: 100 gr af kartöflum koma í staðinn fyrir 1 ávöxt (olían telst sem extra 1).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1020/2274/320/franskar.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Grænmetisfranskar:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Notið annað hvort gulrætur eða rófur og skerið í passlega bita. Veltið upp úr 1 tsk af olíu og kryddi.
